The Soudal Window System

The professional window joint system, SWS®. A combination of three products which provide a long lasting weather tight seal between windows and doors and the building envelope. These products when used in a system have improved performance in terms of thermal and acoustic properties and are fully airtight.

  • New build and renovation. Compatible with aluminium, wood and PVCu.
  • Passive houses and timber framed houses.

SWS® Installation

Soudaseal 215LM provides the flexible sealant on the exterior of the building with Soudafoam Window & door SWS providing the thermal and acoustic insulation element and Acryub SWS as the flexible paintable sealant on the interior of the joint.

Step 1:- Soudaseal 215 LM

Premium quality hybrid polymer based sealant for professional sealing applications. Suitable for vapour permeable sealing in exterior window frame joints. Conforms to DIN 4108, EnEV and RAL installation guidlines. Conforms to EN15651. Extensive colour range, including RAL® CLASSIC colours.

  • Low modulus hybrid polymer sealant.

  • Virtually odourless.

  • 100% hybrid polymer with no extension.

  • Free of silicone, solvents, isocyanates, halogens & acid.

  • Independently tested to ISO 11600 F 25 LM.

  • Airtight when used as part of Soudal Window System – SWS®.

  • Over-paintable with water-based paints.

Step 2:- Soudafoam Window and Door SWS

Soudafoam window and door SWS is a high performance PU foam with optimal thermal and acoustic performance.

  • Polyurethane foam filler.

  • Airtight: RAL MO-01/1 and DIN 18542 tested.

  • Highly flexible.

  • Acoustic rating ISO 717-1: 60 dB.

  • Thermal conductivity DIN 52612: 34.5mW/mK.

  • Application temperature range: -10 Celsius to +30 Celsius.

  • Linear yield FEICA TM1002 – 750ml Gun Grade: 22M.

Premium quality acrylic sealant for professional sealing applications. Suitable for interior frame joints. Airtight. Conforms to DIN 4108, EnEv and RAL installation
guidelines. Conforms to EN15651.
