Dry Verge Systems

The dry verge system is a proven quick and effective solution for finishing the verge of a concrete tiled roof. Our dry verge system is suitable for practically all profiles of interlocking concrete tiles and does not require maintenance. The system is able to be mechanically fixed with no mortar necessary all year round.

  • Easy to fix and maintenance free

  • Applicable to the majority of interlocking concrete tile profiles that have a batten gauge between 280mm and 350mm

  • Mortar-free application allows fixing throughout all four seasons

  • Prevents access for birds and large insects up the inside of the verge

  • Suitable for new build or refurbished situations on a roof pitch between 150 to 550

  • Universal dry verge applicable as both left and right handed

  • Complies with BS 5534 requirements for mechanical fixing
