DGS quality and reliability is recognised everywhere; DGS friction stays are designed and manufactured under the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard and are Secured by Design registered. Performance is further endorsed by both BSI and BBA (not applicable to the trade range).
DGS is a supplier of friction stays to and is specified by many local authorities. All DGS friction hinges are made to be fitted with the minimum of effort and slotted fixing holes allow for maximum adjustment. Window security, fire or emergency exit, safety restriction, easy cleaning and anti-corrosion: all come within the scope of our stays.
Most of our range is available on both ferritic (type 430) and austenitic (type 304) steel. Our standard track width is 18mm and there are 3 stack heights available:- 13mm, 15mm* and 17mm. *Dependant on product variant. All DGS Elite stays are supplied in pairs and should be fitted as such.
