Fitting Instructions

Step 1

Using the size shown fit the Retaining Plate to the head, the position ‘back to front’ is not critical.

Step 2

At the position shown fit the Stop Assembly to the Eurogroove of the door, making sure that the multiple fixing holes are towards the hinged edge. At this stage only fit the End Stop from the hinged edge.

Step 3

Push the Stop Arm into the Retaining Plate.

Step 4

Open the door to the required position (Max l 250) and push the End Stop ‘C’ up to the sliding block of the Stop Assembly, fix through a pair of the multiple fixing holes. Turn the Adjusting Screw to give the desired friction on the door. Over tightening will result in damage to the door and restrictor.
